Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This is a general statement of how RTN Consulting handles information, not legal advice. Review and adapt it with qualified counsel before relying on it.
RTN Consulting ("RTN," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we receive when you use this website or contact us, and how we handle it.
Information we receive
This website is a single static page. It does not itself collect personal information or set advertising cookies. We receive information only when you choose to share it:
- Booking a call. When you book a discovery call, our scheduling tool (Microsoft Bookings) collects your name, email, and any details you enter to schedule and confirm the meeting.
- Submitting a form. When you complete an intake form, our forms tool (Microsoft Forms) collects the information you provide, such as your name, company, contact details, and a description of the work.
- Contacting us directly. When you email or call, we receive whatever you choose to share.
Our hosting provider may also keep standard server access logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability.
How we use it
We use the information you share to respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct the discovery call, scope and deliver services, and keep records of our engagement. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who processes it
We rely on a small number of service providers to operate. Microsoft 365 (Bookings and Forms) processes booking and form submissions, and our hosting provider serves the website. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security commitments.
How long we keep it
We retain inquiry and engagement information for as long as needed to respond, deliver services, and meet record-keeping or legal obligations, then dispose of it.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
We may update this policy as the practice or its tools change. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
